Every SHARPCO tool is protected against material or workmanship defects. However, SHARPCO DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY for issues resulting from improper use, abuse, or unauthorized servicing of products. For warranty claims, prior approval and a valid invoice are required.
BACK ORDERS
If an item is unavailable at the time of your purchase, we guarantee the listed price and will ship it once restocked. You’ll receive backorder confirmations with expected delivery dates. All cancellations must be approved by Sharpco Canada.
SHIPPING
We use trusted couriers including UPS, Purolator, Canpar, and Canada Post. Shipping fees are calculated and charged at checkout and are clearly listed on your invoice.
PAYMENT TERMS
Unless otherwise agreed upon, our standard payment term is Net 30 days from the invoice date.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
SHARPCO DOES NOT ACCEPT PRODUCT RETURNS unless they are related to a verified warranty issue. This policy ensures all our products remain new and unused. Warranty returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a proof of purchase.
EXCHANGES FOLLOW THE SAME PROCESS AND CONDITIONS as warranty returns.
NO WARRANTIES
