Orders are usually shipped within 3 days of receipt of order for in stock items.   Items not in stock will be shipped as soon as possible and you will be informed of the expected shipping date.

Orders will be shipped via ground transportation.   Please indicate on email, mail, phone and online orders if you would like your order sent via Air transportation or Courier and you will be charged for that service.  If you would like your orders shipped collect, please provide the name of the courier and your account number.

Merchandise is fully covered by our 90-day warranty policy. The warranty policy starts on the original date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:

  •        (2)       physical abuse or misuse of the product 
  •    (3)       any use of the product other than that for which it was intended;
